It was an honour to be your lecturer at UNISA and to mark your assignments when you studied isiXhosa in 1988. One could see from your meticulously presented essays that you were a well-organised person. Thank you for demonstrating a life of Ubuntu, we will always remember you. Hamba kakuhle Tata, siya kubonana ezulwini ngenye imini.

The world has lost the Icon,South Africa has lost the father, We're grateful to have father like him. May your soul rest in peace.

Ugqatso ulufezile, Siyakuthanda sohlala sikukhumbula ngemisebenzi yakho emihle. Lala ngoxolo Dlomo, Sophitsho, Ngqolomsila, Yem-yem Velabembhentsele.

I feel sad as all South Africans feel sad by the passing of our father, a South African icon, Dr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, by my prayers goes out to his family whom I believe are most affected by tata's passing. May his soul rest in peace. I hope his legacy will not fade along the way. May God bless his soul.

Rest in Peace Madiba, may we all strive to be like you, a humble, beautiful soul. Our nation mourns your passing but your legacy will be remembered. Go well, Tata.

The whole world is mourning the passing of the most iconic leader in the world. To the Mandela family I extended my dearest condolences, we all know that he going to a better place. May your soul rest in peace Yem Yem, Diba, Ngqolomsila, Sopitsho. We will always love and miss you. R.I.P. Father of the Nation!!! Your legacy will continue to live on among us. Thank you for the wonderful memories you left for us.

I WOULD LIKE TO PAY TRIBUTE TO A LEGEND TO A MAN WHO SAVED US FROM APARTHIED AND CAME TO OUR AID BY CHANGING SOUTH AFRICA. FOR HIS WISDOM AND COURAGE TO FIGHT FOR WHAT HE BELIEVED IN THUS HE FOUGHT FOR US. HE HAS SACRIFISED AND WILL BE REMEBERED THROUGH THE YEARS. HIS SPIRIT WILL ALWAYS BE AMOUNG US AND HIS WISDOM IN US. HE IS A TRUE ICON NOT ONLY TO SOUTH AFRICA BUT TO THE WORLD.RIP TATA MADIBA
