Standing Committee visits three RSEP towns

The Standing Committee on Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning conducted a site visit to three of the RSEP towns on the 28th of January 2020 to view the progress of some of the RSEP projects.
The first town that was visited was Vredenburg where the Committee was taken to the Wesbank Gateway, Splash Park and George Kerridge projects. In Piketberg the Committee visited the Calendula Street project, the outdoor gym as well as the Active Box project that is still under construction.
The last town that was visited was Malmesbury, where the committee was taken to numerous projects including the Sport centre, the informal marketplace, the outdoor gym and the two recreation nodes.
