Service Excellence awards

The annual Western Cape Government Service Excellence Awards ceremony took place on 4 December 2019. The finalists for the categories set the standard for value-based service, teamwork and innovation. The RSEP Programme was amongst the finalist for two of the categories:

Best Implemented Project/Programme: This category focuses on a programme or project that has had a positive impact on service delivery, saved costs and improved the lives of citizens

Best Public Service Innovator: This category focuses on a team/project that has performed exceptionally in demonstrating effective innovations
