The exit of the VPUU Programme from the RSEP/VPUU Programme

The VPUU Programme‘s final exit from the combined RSEP/VPUU Programme was planned for the end of January 2020.
However, an extension of time was granted until 31 March 2020 in order to complete projects with KfW (German Development Bank) funds, mainly resulting from the exchange rate gain and the savings on a few projects within the VPUU Programme. The following projects have received attention: the House of Learning – Library project in the Drakenstein (Paarl East – Groenheuwel) area and the resource centre, and the Kosie de Wet sport field with flood lights, in the Theewaterskloof (Villiersdorp) area.
