Minister Simmers to table R9.85 billion budget to accelerate infrastructure delivery towards our future Western Cape, together

On Tuesday, 24 March 2026, the Western Cape Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers, will table the Department’s 2026/27 Budget Vote at the Western Cape Provincial Parliament.

Following the speech, the Minister will host a post-budget brunch with private and public sector partners to discuss collaborative infrastructure investment.

After the brunch, Minister Simmers will host a title deed handover ceremony in partnership with FNB, highlighting the Department and its partners’ commitment to restoring dignity and creating opportunity for all.
