Roadworks at the Le Roux/Groendal intersection form part of the works incorporated in the project for upgrade & periodic maintenance of MR191 (R45) Paarl - Franschhoek including the Franschhoek Pass.

The upgrading of Le Roux/ Groendal intersection will commence with road widenings, turning lanes, installation of street lights and traffic signals. Le Roux Intersection will be temporarily closed during these construction activities. The public must use the detour via La Provence Street intersection. Motorists are requested to be patient and exercise caution when using the affected area.
