Shortlisted nominees will be invited to the Provincial National Teaching Awards Ceremony on the 2nd November 2018, with the provincial winner announced on the night.
Application Process: Form A: Motivation Form and Supporting Evidence
Written motivation in terms of the six criteria:
Access and inclusivity of disadvantaged communities
Advocates for ASP
Provision of quality, varied ASP activities
Contribution to the morale and ethos of the ASP
Partnerships
Impact of the ASP on learners and their families
Supporting Evidence
Testimonials from service recipients and/or colleagues;
Example of daily/weekly programme and/or attendance registers’
Photos or clippings (magazines and newspaper articles) displaying any form of recognition
Form B: Self-Motivation
Nominee to provide motivation that indicates that s/he (a) accepts the motivation and (b) why they should be considered.
