Framework contract no C1114.25: maintenance and control of vegetation in road reserves falling within the Cape Winelands District Municipality
Compulsory Briefing Session: To be held on 07 April at 09:00.
Location: Main Boardroom, Paarl DRE Offices, 1 Main Road, Suider Paarl
Prospective tenderers are to note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, capacity at the venue is limited to 20 persons at a time. In the event that demand exceeds this capacity, the Client’s Representative will perform a roll call from the completed attendance register at 09:00 and then conduct the meeting in separate sessions to ensure compliance with capacity restrictions. On completion of the roll call, the Client’s Agent shall call out the name of the attendees to attend the first session and advise others of the time of the second session. At the stated time of the second session, the Clients’ Representative shall perform a second rollcall of those who were in attendance at 09:00 and call out the names of those who are to attend the second session. This process will be repeated until such time that all attendees have had an opportunity to attend a session. Any person who does not answer or respond to their name or details being called out at any time, shall be marked as absent and any offers submitted by such tenderer shall be considered non-responsive. Only one representative from each entity will be allowed entry. Any person not wearing a mask or who fails or refuses to abide by social distancing or screening requirements, shall be refused entry and deemed absent.
Documents issued in electronic format (free of charge) can be requested by sending an email to tpwtender.helpdesk@westerncape.gov.za stating a return email address, the tender number, name of requesting entity, CSD registration number and WCSEB registration number of the entity.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R20.00 payable in cash, card or bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Client (Department of Transport and Public Works) is required on collection of hard copy documents, which may be collected from WALK-IN CENTRE, CNR OF DORP AND LONG STREETS, CAPE TOWN
