Cape Winelands and Garden Route - Customer Service Training

 

The Department of Economic Development and Tourism is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for hospitality and tourism businesses in the Cape Winelands and Garden Route districts.

We invite you to nominate your staff to participate in an accredited CATHSSETA Customer Service (NQF level 4) programme.

Training Details

  • Cape Winelands: 2 groups of 25 participants per group
  • Garden Route: 2 groups of 25 participants per group

Important Information 

  • Nomination Deadline: Wednesday, 19 June 2024
  • Registration: Places will be secured on a first come, first serve basis.
