Located at 9 Wale Street , in the heart of the Cape Town CBD, the Western Cape Government Contact Centre is a central and convenient point of access to government information and services.  

Our agents are well informed with updated government information, services and opportunities, which are easily obtained through our various access channels.

The Contact Centre shares a reception area with our Western Cape Government eCentre Programme, which provides free information and communications technology services, including:

  • internet access;
  • basic/accredited computer training;
  • printing facilities; and
  • access to information.

  • Monday –  Friday: 8am – 5pm
    Weekends – 8am –  1pm
    Public Holidays – Closed
