If you need help or guidance accessing government services and information, you can speak to one of our friendly Contact Centre agents, through a number of channels which we provide. 

Located at 9 Wale Street, in the heart of the Cape Town CBD, the Western Cape Government Walk-in Centre is a central and convenient point of access to government information and services where you can chat to our front desk staff face-to-face, no appointment needed. 

Our agents are well informed with updated government information, services and opportunities, which are easily obtained through our various access channels.

The Contact Centre shares a reception area with our Western Cape Government eCentre Programme, which provides free information and communications technology services, including:

  • internet access;
  • basic/accredited computer training;
  • printing facilities; and
  • access to information.
