On 15 March 2017 the Cape Town Civic Center was abuzz with activities as it hosted the World Consumer Rights Day Exhibition. The Exhibition is an annual event arranged by the City of Cape Town and includes stakeholders such as the Public Protector, the Consumer Protector, the City Ombudsman as well as other Ombudsmen.
World Consumer Rights Day is an annual commemorative day and all citizens accessing the City of Cape Town is afforded an opportunity to learn more about their rights as consumers. The event runs for a full day, citizens have an opportunity to have one on ones with all stakeholders, in order to learn more. The office hereby thanks the management and staff at the City of Cape Town for once again arranging a successful event. We look forward to next year!
