On 13 April 2019, the Western Cape Minister of Social Development, Albert Fritz, will be launching the Crossroads Youth Café in partnership with the City of Cape Town and Ikamva Labantwana Bethu. This will be the 12th Youth Café launched over the past five years.
Ikamva Labantwana Bethu will provide nearby youth with afterschool care, life skills and tutoring in Maths and Literacy. Additionally, the youth café will upskill young people as baristas and with computer training.
