The Unit is open to engaging with any municipality looking to enable growth through regulatory reform as a way to grow the economy of the municipality and enable job creation.

Red Tape Reduction Municipal Blueprint

We use the Red Tape Reduction Municipal Blueprint to guide municipalities with a clearly outlined process on how to reduce their red tape, using a methodology that has been tested and modeled with practical case studies, which also include interventions that require zero budget. It aims to help municipalities cut down on red tape and make it easier for businesses to operate within their regions.

Communication

We work closely with municipalities to improve their communication with businesses. This ensures that businesses remain informed about any changes that may impact their operations, fostering a transparent and supportive relationship between the municipalities and the businesses. The Unit is open to engaging all municipalities who wish to improve how they communicate with businesses and to identify ways the Unit can support the reduction of red tape to enhance economic growth.
