The Western Cape Government has announced the winners of the Premier's Entrepreneurship Recognition Awards 2014. Premier Helen Zille and Minister Alan Winde recognised the winners on 20 November at a formal awards ceremony at the CTICC. Each category winner won R90 000 and the overall winner a R100 000 all-expenses paid trip to an international entrepeneurship event for two and R50 000 in cash. Winners also received business software, equipment and mentorship from event sponsors Absa and Entrepreneurship Organization.
