The Helpdesk provides assistance wherever possible to the citizens of the Western Cape with the sole purpose of finding solutions and/or providing advice.
Operational Hours
- Monday To Friday: 7:30am until 3pm
- All walk-in clients will be assisted on a first come basis.
- Submission of completed Subsidy Application Forms - can be dropped off at the helpdesk on the Ground Floor at 27 Wale Street or via post
