Thusong Awards Ceremony!

Congratulations to the incredible Thusong teams at the Department of Local Government and Western Cape Municipalities for their outstanding achievements at the recent Thusong Awards Ceremony!

Western Cape's Thusong Programme shone brightly, bringing home several well-deserved accolades:

Mosselbay: 2nd Runner Up for Thusong Hub, Private & Stakeholder Relations, and Thusong Mobiles categories.  George-Waboomskraal: 2nd Runner Up for Outstanding Thusong Satellite.  Hessequa: First Prize and Overall Winner for Outstanding Thusong Mobile.

The evening was made even more memorable with Mr. Mornay Pretorius, DLG Director for Service Delivery Integration, earning Special Commendation Awards for Provincial Coordinator and Exceptional Stakeholder Relations.
